3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failures, or system errors.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
We do not store card or banking information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external conditions.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
5. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
All Bange products sold on turaballys.com/ae/bange are strictly:
❌ Non-returnable
❌ Not exchangeable
❌ No refunds for change of mind
We only accommodate issues covered under our 1-year manufacturing warranty (see below).
6. Warranty Policy – 1 Year
All Bange backpacks purchased from turaballys.com/ae/bange come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Covers:
- Zip malfunction or factory defect
- Stitching issues
- Structural defects
- Component failures due to manufacturing error
- Purchases made only from this site
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or overloading
- Accidental damage (e.g., drops, cuts, spills)
- Exposure to liquids or moisture
- Colour fading or cosmetic issues
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs
Warranty Claim Process:
- Claims must be reported within the 1-year warranty period
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required
- Our team will inspect the product
- If approved, we will repair or replace the affected part or product
- If the claim is not valid under warranty conditions, the product will be returned to you
