      All Bange backpacks purchased from bange.lk come with a 3-month limited warranty<\/strong> from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n

      • Zip malfunction or factory defect<\/li>\n\n
      • Stitching issues<\/li>\n\n
      • Structural defects<\/li>\n\n
      • Component failures due to manufacturing error<\/li>\n
      • Purchases made only from this site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Warranty Does NOT Cover:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

        • General wear and tear<\/li>\n\n
        • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or overloading<\/li>\n\n
        • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, cuts, spills)<\/li>\n\n
        • Exposure to liquids or moisture<\/li>\n\n
        • Colour fading or cosmetic issues<\/li>\n\n
        • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Warranty Claim Process:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

          • Claims must be reported within the 1-month warranty period<\/li>\n\n
          • Proof of purchase (invoice\/order number) is required<\/li>\n\n
          • Our team will inspect the product<\/li>\n\n
          • If approved, we will repair or replace the affected part or product<\/li>\n\n
          • If the claim is not valid under warranty conditions, the product will be returned to you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
